Description
Check out this fully restored 1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1 with the M-code 351 V8 engine mated to a 4-speed manual transmission. This Mustang comes with a Marti Report that shows it is the original Medium Blue Metallic paint with black interior. It is a real Mach 1 and it was born with the higher horsepower 351 option. It also left the factory with a 4-speed manual and 3.25:1 locking differential. This pony car has power steering and power brakes with disc on the front. With front and rear spoilers, a hood scoop, rear window louvers and the Mach 1 stripes proclaiming “351” on the hood, everyone will know this car is no slouch. The Mach 1 package included high back bucket seats with woven vinyl and woodgrain accents to spruce up the interior versus a standard Mustang. The round clock above the glovebox is what collectors want to see inside these cars, and the interior is left as stock as can be. Under the hood is nicely detailed and ready to show, as is the trunk. Inside the trunk sits a spare tire, trunk mat and the original carburetor in a box. There is also a box with extra parts for the interior. The underside of this Mach 1 Mustang is clean and solid and painted in a satin black. She rides on Firestone Wide Oval bias ply tires that are mounted on stock wheels with wheel simulators. Only 2,923 Mustang Mach 1s received the M-Code 351 and a 4-speed manual, making this a rare Stang. The color combination makes it even more rare with only 529 made with this paint and trim combination! If you're looking for some Ford muscle to add to your collection, this is a piece anyone would be proud to own! It also comes with a binder of receipts for the build.
